GENERAL INFORMATION
Golden Mile Complex is not an official bus terminal. Instead, it is a more popular pick-up and drop-off point for express buses going to and from Singapore. The complex is located along the Beach Road, next to Golden Mile Tower and opposite of the Golden Mile Food Centre.
There are several popular bus operators opening their bus ticket counter at the Ground Floor of the Golden Mile Complex building. Among them, include Transtar, Sri Maju, StarMart Express, Grassland Express, Five Stars Tours and Konsortium.
Golden Mile Tower, the tall building beside the Golden Mile Complex is also another pick-up and drop-off point for buses going from and to Singapore. StarMart Express, Konsortium Express, Five Stars Express and few other bus operators depart from Golden Mile Tower instead of Golden Mile Complex.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Since Golden Mile Complex is not an official bus terminal, there is no official platform either. Most of the time, the platform where you board the bus is on the right side of the building. There is no signage, but you can notice the boarding point when you see some buses parking at that location.
On peak season, however, buses might park beside the road in front of the Golden Mile Complex. We advise you to go to the counter if you purchased your bus tickets online to confirm about the whereabouts of the bus boarding point. However, buying your bus tickets at the counter on the spot before departure during peak season might be a bad idea. Most likely, the bus tickets of your desired departure time are sold out.
HOW TO GET TO GOLDEN MILE COMPLEX
By MRT – The closest MRT station to the Golden Mile Complex is the Nicoll Highway MRT Station. Nicoll Highway MRT is on the Circle Line. Once you reach the Nicoll Highway MRT Station, the Golden Mile Complex is located just within 5 minutes walking distance away.
The second closest MRT station to the Golden Mile Complex is the Lavendar MRT Station. The location of Lavendar MRT Station is around 10-15 minutes walking distance away from the Golden Mile Complex. You will have to cross many buildings on your way to get there.
By local buses – A number of local buses passes by Golden Mile Complex. Also, there is one bus stop in front of the Golden Mile Complex for the convenience of the passengers. SMRT buses that pass by Golden Mile Complex include bus number 980 and 961. SBS Transit buses that pass by the Golden Mile Complex include bus number 100.

Inside the Golden Mile Complex, the Thai people run most of the shops and restaurants available. There are 411 shops in Golden Mile Complex that runs many kinds of businesses. There are toilets in the building as well. Bus ticket counters is on the Ground Floor.
